If you cancel 14 days prior to the date of your booking there will be no further charge. Any cancellations made within 7 days of your booking will command 100% of the booking amount.
Why do I have to leave a security deposit for self-drive vehicles?
Due to the extremely high cost of the vehicles we offer, it is our policy to take a refundable deposit for all our self-drive rentals. The deposit is usually £5,000 but rest assured that this will be fully refunded when the vehicle is returned and thoroughly inspected. This usually takes 3-5 business days after the end of your rental.
Why do I have to be over 30 years to drive your cars?
Due to the high value of our cars, our insurance company will only insure our vehicles if the driver is over 30 years old. We will reduce when the opportunity to do arises but unfortunately, that's what it is for now.
Are your cars available for self-drive hire?
Only the vehicles listed under the "Self-Drive" tab are available for self-drive hire. The majority of our cars are chauffeur-driven but you won't be disappointed. We offer a stellar service so you can relax and enjoy the ride, whatever the occasion.
Do you travel nationwide?
We mostly serve Greater London, Surrey, Kent, Sussex and Essex. Other parts may require an extra £100 charge or more. Get in touch with us to find out.
But I only need the car for an hour.
We understand that some of our clients may require it for a limited time period only, however by renting it only for 10 minutes, we are eliminating the possibility that we can rent to another customer. We try to be understanding that's why we offer a minimum booking froms 2 hours on some vehicles, unlike most of our competitors.
How much deposit do you require for car hire?
To secure your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your selected vehicle. The remaining 50% will need to be paid in cash on the day, before your journey commences. If paying by card, this has to be paid prior to the day either over the telephone or by a secure link on our website.
What if I go over my scheduled time?
Any additional time over your scheduled booking will be charged at the standard hourly rate. For example, if you go over your booking by 25 minutes, you will be charged for an extra hour. This will, however, be dependant on the vehicle and chauffeur's availability to stay longer.
